Amarone della Valpolicella - Winery Brunelli Wine

VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO SUPERIORE
Denominazione di Origine Controllata

WINE PROFILE

> Historical identity of our four most indigenous grape varieties (mainly Corvina Veronese). Its elegant bouquet of plums, almonds and violets and well-balanced, persistent flavour make it excellent with grilled, roast or braised red meat dishes. It pairs perfectly with mushroom-based dishes and medium-aged cheeses.

TASTING NOTES
A deep and lively deep ruby red color and a medium depth and concentration. Our Valpolicella Classico Superiore offers greater structure and roundness compared to the Valpolicella Classico. Its elegant bouquet reminds of plums, almonds and violets, whilst its flavor is well-balanced and persistent.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Our Valpolicella Classico Superiore is exceptional with richly flavored pasta and rice dishes or with grilled, roast or braised meats (whether white or red). Serve at 16°C (61°F) in wintertime, or lightly chilled in summer.
