OVERNIGHT ROSE' VINTAGE 2025

The freshly bottled vintage 2025 displays a gentle pastel color. The aromas this vintage are so surprising! Wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, sage, rose hips, gooseberries, white pepper and pink salt. all topped with a pleasant chalky finish at the palate.




CUSTOZA VINTAGE 2025



Custoza 2025 stands out for a crisp and lively bouquet: peary and appley nose with a simple, incisive and lightly mineral palate that turns quite crisp and dry, but remains fresh and fruity.
Litchi, jasmin, apples skin, fresh ginger and white peach. Lemony finish with a subtle mineral twist at the end.

The 2022 vintage in the Amarone region was marked by a hot and dry growing season, which created ideal conditions for the early ripening of the grapes.

Temperatures were high throughout spring and summer, leading to lower yields but highly concentrated fruit. Despite the heat, careful vineyard practices helped preserve the quality of the grapes, resulting in wines that are both powerful and elegant.
 

The 2022 Amarone is rich in flavor, with intense notes of ripe dark berries, cherries, and dried fruits, complemented by subtle hints of spice, tobacco, and leather. The warmth of the season has contributed to a fuller body and velvety tannins, while the natural acidity of the grapes provides a refreshing structure and balance.

This vintage is well-suited for aging, as the wine will continue to develop complexity and finesse over time. Overall, the 2022 Amarone is a harmonious blend of strength and refinement, offering both immediate appeal and long-term aging potential.

"Good riserva, delivering a compact phalanx of pithy cherry, kirsch, tamarind, clove and cardamom accents. Exotic and refined. The palate stretches long across the pliant tannins. Yet the heat across the back end can’t be avoided, burning the throat, which detracts from poise and drinkability. This should age well, with the tertiary complexities serving to enshroud the alcohol. Drink or hold."

2025: OUR REACHED GOAL OF SUSTAINABILITY

Sustainability has always been part of our journey. The choice of viticultural practices in respect of the cycles of Nature, taking care and respect for the environment accompanies all stages of production, in the vineyard, in the cellar with the utmost attention.

For the second year we have obtained the SQNPI certification for our vineyards, an important integrated production system, sustainable quality and traceability.

We have completed the expansion of the solar panels already present, and we are now fully self-sufficient. All of this will have a low visual impact, choosing pitches of the roof that are not visible but with excellent sunshine.

The most important thing? In the last two years all our boxes and packages have been transformed, eliminating the use of paints or plastic materials.
It's not only a sustainable decision, it's a contemporary choice, the labels are simply BEAUTIFUL to see (and to touch)!

The new labels are FSC certified.

It is a courageous choice, we have re-studied iconic labels, but in full respect of their history.

GRAPPA DI AMARONE RISERVA

Take a look at the label. The Tanina’s wavy hair release the most characteristic aromas, which are flying around the bottle. They are very intriguing, as they preserve the taste of our Amarone, from which it comes: roasted spices and warm woods – coffee, licorice, vanilla, aromatic tobacco, chestnut honey, cocoa beans, caramel, incense – but also rich and dark fruity sensations like blackberry, cherry, candied and dried fruits.

GRAPPA DI AMARONE

Above the thinking head of Bepi, memories of fresh and fruity aromas: plums, figs, blackberries, then white almonds, floral and balsamic notes – star anise, hawthorn, elderberries and juniper, which boost the fresh note of the entire taste.

 Taste it on its own at the end of a meal or together with a cup of Espresso to enrich its toasted aroma. Traditionally is also served after the Espresso. In Summer Bepi Otto would be perfect when served chilled (9°C), with some fresh peaches or plums, but also with ice-cream pralines or berry sorbet.

In our family, we think it is a truly versatile wine, which goes admirably both in wintertime or summertime.

We love to match it with rich pasta dishes, roasts and moderately mature cheeses such as a 36 months Parmigiano (Vacche Rosse top notch!), as well as with carpaccio with Dijion Mustard and crunchy walnuts.
The secret of its personality? Friable limestone rich in minerals and rocks feeds the vines and gives them a great multi-layers complexity.

The vintage 2022 was a great one: warm, dry and perfectly balanced resulting in an elegant and smooth structure.

Characterized by an intense ruby red colour, it reveals a mellow and balanced bouquet with intriguing notes of blackberry jam, mature red fruits, spices and cocoa powder. On the palate, it is mouth-filling, combining the great depth, concentration and staying power of Amarone to the typical Valpolicella Classico Superiore fruity bouquet.
