How can I pay for purchases in the Brunelli Online Shop?

How long does the delivery take?
We are usually very fast in preparing the wine, 1 to 3 working days after the receipt of the order. The delivery usually takes no longer than 1-3 days in Italy, 4-6 days in Europe and 5-10 days to the extra EU destinations. The delivery time might be affected by particular periods of high traffic or high orders, such as Christmas, July (high season) or Harvest time. In case you have a special urgency, please let us know in order to give you the best priority. In case you prefer to have the delivery postponed after a certain date, please just write it in the notes. Custom clearance (when required), does not depend on us but from the destination country, but we do the possible to help providing all the required documents.
How can I make my wine order?
The order is completely up to you, it is possible to order multiples of 6 bottles (6, 12, 18 etc.). For instance, you can buy 3 Valpolicella DOC, 3 Campo del Maestro, 6 Campo del Titari Amarone Riserva, in total 12 bottles). You can do a mix of 6 different bottles, or you can buy by the box. Remember that the box-price is always more convenient than the single bottle price (for instance one bottle of Corte Cariano costs 13€, while the six-pack costs 72€). Also consider that the shipping contribution becomes lower as the number of bottles increases. Ordering 12 bottles is much more convenient than ordering 6, and so on. Please check the transport chart after checking-out.
Why do I have to pay a separate transport contribution?
We want to make the delivery costs transparent and convenient at the best, according to the ordered amount and to the destination country. We refuse to increase the single bottle prices up to +10/15€ in order to cover the single-shipping cost. So, even if it might not sound modern, we apply transport separately. Delivery-charge changes according to the destination. In this way, what YOU pay for transport is always what WE pay to our courier, without any extra charges for you.
I want to make a big order, shall I use the e-shop?
Orders via our e-shop have a minimum of 6 bottles and a maximum of 90 bottles. In case you plan to do a big order (for instance 20 cases), we recommend you to contact us personally at info@brunelliwine.com in order to check the most convenient way (directly or in collaboration with our partners and importers which might be closer to you). We are happy to study a good offer depending on the bottle mix that you are going to order.
In which countries can you deliver your wines?
We can deliver our fine wines almost everywhere. For orders placed through our e-shop we can deliver to all the EU and extra EU countries that you can select at the moment of the purchase.
For orders from countries not mentioned above, write us at info@brunelliwine.com and we will follow your order personally. Don’t hesitate to ask us, we are happy to help you.
We are working to be able to include further destinations within our e-commerce portal as soon as possible, in respect to the international regulations.
CUSTOM FEES & ALCOHOL TAXES: are customs fees included in the shipping cost?
Customs fees are always included in the shipping cost for EU countries, United States and Hong Kong.
For all other destinations (including UK, SWITZERLAND, NORWAY, EXTRA EU COUNTRIES), customs fees are required. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a notification from the customs office in the destination country. In case you have doubts or questions, please just ask us in advance.
Are there restrictions on the delivery to the U.S.?
Not particularly, but some states (Alabama, Mississippi, Utah, Vermont and South Dakota) do not allow the online purchase of alcoholic beverages from abroad.
But we can ship to them. In this case, we will therefore follow your order individually. Please write us at info@brunelliwine.com.
Can I cancel an order placed?
Once an order has been completed and shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel or modify it. If you had any problems during the purchase, write us at info@brunelliwine.com and we will follow you personally.
Can I change the delivery address after the order?
Once an order has been placed it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. Please write us immediately in order to find a solution.
Vintages
The available vintages are indicated next to the wine. It is possible that - in very rare cases - a different year from the one indicated will arrive, if the one present on the portal is over. If you prefer to have the year reported strictly, please indicate it in the notes. We will make sure that the requested vintage arrives.
I received a damaged bottle: how can I be refunded?
Our courier handles our products very carefully and bottles are packed in the safest way with special boxes. Shall for some reason one or more bottles arrive damaged to your address, please take some pictures and contact us immediately at info@brunelliwine.com with all the order details. We will answer you as soon as possible. In case of damaged goods you may be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to advance us by email a photo with the description of the damage in order to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.
Does my wine taste corked?
Our corks come from certified and sustainable producers from Algarve, Portugal. Even if it happens very rarely, cork is a natural product so it can happen that, despite all the controls, your wine tastes corked. In this case keep the bottle with its content and cork and write us. We will be happy to return the bottle on the next order, or during your next visit at the winery.
