WINE PROFILE

Pariondo is the name of our first single vineyard, almost perfectly shaped as a circle.

Our expression of the double fermentation on the skins of of our most important wine. Full-bodied wine, with a great concentration in perfumes. Its bouquet is mellow and balanced, with an intriguing bouquet of blackberry jam, mature red fruits, toasted spices and cocoa powder. It is a perfect match for rich stews, steaks, chops or roasts, as well as mature cheeses.

TASTING NOTES
Characterized by an intense ruby red color, our Ripasso reveals a very broad, persistent bouquet with fruity notes of blackcurrants, blackberries and plums, alternating with faint hints of vanilla. On the palate it is mouth-filling and displays great depth, concentration and staying power.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Our Ripasso goes admirably with elaborate pasta or rice dishes, red meats, game, cutlets and chops, as well as with roasts and moderately mature cheeses. Serve at 18°C (64°F).
