WINE PROFILE
> Our Campo Inferi pursues an authentic feminine and classic ideal. A traditional-style Amarone, created according to Luciana's taste: full-bodied, full of sweet jams. The name represents the pure vision of a steep vineyards: the long narrow rows, the efforts to grow and take care of the vines. Fruity, sweet and inviting aromas: the graceful soul of those who love beyond any sacrifice.

TASTING NOTES
Campo Inferi reveals a deep ruby color with a faintly amber rim. In its sophisticated and elegantly refined bouquet one finds notes of sweet cocoa and roasted coffee beans. Its flavor is warm and mouth-filling, and evokes melted chocolate and cherries preserved in brandy: it is full-bodied and velvety. The aftertaste is satisfying, sumptuous and persistent.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Enjoy our Campo Inferi on its own or as an ideal accompaniment for main courses of grilled, braised or stewed red meats. It is also delicious with game, guinea fowl with truffles, or with mature cheeses. Serve at 18°C (64°F), opening the bottle two hours beforehand.
