The grapes are harvested by hand at the beginning of October. Traditional red wine vinification lasts 8-10 days, with the must remaining in contact with the skins and pumping over being carried out on a daily basis in order to extract color. Refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks and the wine is bottled in March.Tasting note
A youthful wine, with a ruby red color with brilliant purplish highlights and a pinkish rim. It is fresh, lively and moderately tangy on the palate, with restrained alcohol and soft overlying fruit. Its pleasant tannins seem initially faintly astringent, but become velvety with time in the glass.Serving suggestions
With its appealing characteristics of fruitiness and freshness, it can be matched throughout a daily meal with dishes that are flavorful and not too elaborate: pasta, white meats and light foods in general.Serving temperature
